have something of value to offer you – in the form of knowledge, training,

Stop for a minute and analyze what you do throughout each day. Are the
activities you spend time on of high value or low value? Whether you are
currently earning 5 or 6 or even 7 figures a month or not, how you
perceive your inherent intrinsic value will determine your success or failure.

Basically it tells you to spend the most amount of time on the activities
that pay you the most. Ideally, you should spend the majority of
your time on the highest dollar per hour activities.

If you’re a video marketer, that would be making the actual video,
but then hire someone else to do the editing and uploading and launching
for you. It’s advertising, following up with prospects, generating traffic, networking with
other leaders for new opportunities and joint ventures.

Take a low dollar per hour activity – like cleaning your house or doing laundry.
Don’t waste your time doing that if you have the money to pay someone else to do it for you.
Email. Are you constantly wasting precious time checking email every hour?
Stop it! It’s a sign of procrastination and a terrible distraction to do that.
Make a rule of checking and answering emails just once or twice a day
at a set time.
Decide your time is intrinsically valuable even before you are earning $$.
Live your life by it – even when you don’t have much money.
This is part of the equation to the concept of POSTURE.
If you believe you are valuable and so is your time, other people
will see that in you and your value in their eyes will rise.
