<p>Is your attraction marketing efforts not looking so attractive to you?</p>
<p> </p>
<p> You&#8217;ve got your marketing, your AUTORESPONDER, your LEAD CAPTURE PAGE, etc.  What gives?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I see a lot of marketers out there that are just plain doing it wrong.  They are lacking quality, effective training, information and systems. Their focus is in the wrong place and they don&#8217;t know how to put all the pieces together to make it work.</p>
<p>Keep in mind, that this industry should be fun and CAN BE SIMPLE if you let it be.</p>
<p>Ask yourself this:  Are you trying for the quick sale?</p>
<p>Or are you working on building your list?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Some of you just had an a&#8217;ha moment there <img src='http://mindsetandattractionmarketing.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>You must remember or realize that out here on the <strong>INTERNET</strong>, people don&#8217;t <strong>KNOW</strong> you, <strong>LIKE</strong> you or <strong>TRUST</strong> you &#8211; even to the point they won&#8217;t even opt in to your page.  You are a stranger to them and if you are just out there pitching your program you are most likely not getting the sort of results you hoped for.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an idea: offer free training.  You have to GIVE to GET.</p>
<p> </p>
<p> Generic, but useful, valuable training that others can use to effectively market whatever program they are currently in.  You can offer something like a 7 day training series on how to use video marketing or blogs in your business.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Most people out there just don&#8217;t seem to have the patience to do this right.  They are seeking that <strong>INSTANT GRATIFICATION </strong>and that rarely if ever works out. Especially if you&#8217;re in this for serious and for the long haul. Most everyone else out there is just pitching their deal and going for the quick kill.  I and those I partner with prefer to ask you to dance with us and build a relationship.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Decide who your target market is.  For me, it&#8217;s fellow network/ internet marketers looking for a better mousetrap, a better system, useful training.  Also, you might target others who have similar interests and backgrounds.  For me, that includes massage/health related fields, fashion/entertainment/music industries in which I have interests/businesses in.  I&#8217;m into risk taking, open minded, ready to go renegades as that is how I am.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>So how do the pieces fit together? What is each designed to do?</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>1. Your marketing</strong><strong> </strong>- paid advertising or free methods like a link in a video or blog.  Whatever you use, their objective is to just get the person to click on your link to take them to your opt-in lead capture page.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>2. Capture page</strong> &#8211; sole purpose is to get them to give their name and email (and maybe their fone #). That&#8217;s it. Into your email autoresponder they go.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>3. Autoresponder emails</strong> &#8211; here&#8217;s where you offer great value &#8211; over deliver and build your relationship with your list. It takes anywhere from a few months to over a year to turn that stranger into a friend or acquaintance. Over time those that like you and what you are about will start emailing and calling you.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>At this point, when you send them a link it&#8217;s not going to come across as some dude that&#8217;s in one of those things, or hey, this guy is pitching me. Instead it&#8217;ll be hey, it&#8217;s Terry and he&#8217;s got something for me to look at . . . I&#8217;ll go check it out.  Sure, most of the time it&#8217;s not going to be a fit for them, but when it is, <strong>BAM! It&#8217;s Magic!</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>People have to get to know you first, then like you and respect you.  It&#8217;s all about like minded people attracting other like minded people. Trusting you on a business level enough to wager some capital to take a shot at what you are promoting and join you in your opportunity.  Get away from the idea of mass marketing your system.  Instead, you are marketing your program to your friends and acquaintances.  It&#8217;s far easier to work amongst friends than to sell to strangers.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Remember, these are real people like you and me, who have fears and anxieties and issues &#8211; let them ease in &#8211; teach them the basics and be likable and approachable. There&#8217;s no need to waste your time trying to win over skeptics and negative people.  I don&#8217;t.</p>
