It’s in beta form right now.

 You can grab a copy for free.  This is really fun to play with and

makes Mac’s built in GRAB application very vanilla by comparison.

All your shots are hosted on your Skitch.com account making it like

Flickr and Photobucket with various auto URLs available to share

with your friends or on other sites.
